Detective Pikachu posters now on display at Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo, Japan

To celebrate the upcoming release of the Detective Pikachu game for Nintendo 3DS, The Pokémon Company and Nintendo have dispatched official mascot versions of Detective Pikachu throughout Japan. Detective Pikachu toured Ikebukuro for four days leading up to the game’s release.

Fans who attended this special event received Detective Pikachu sun visors and stickers while supplies last. Detective Pikachu posters are now on display at Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo, Japan, as shown via the images in the embedded gallery below.

Detective Pikachu is scheduled to launch this Friday, March 23, for the 3DS family of systems.
