Pokemon TCG has Updated their Rules and Ban List
Effective on August 18, 2017 Pokemon company will change their rules and ban list.
Entei and Raikou are the latest Pokémon featured in the yearlong celebration of Legendary Pokémon for Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon. The two Legendary Pokémon are now being distributed in various territories, including Europe and Latin America.
Until April 29, codes are now being distributed at Microplay stores in Chile and Masgamers in Peru. Fans in Europe can now receive the Legendaries via Nintendo Network on Nintendo 3DS until April 25.
Raikou is an Electric-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Entei and Suicune, it is one of the Legendary beasts resurrected by Ho-Oh after the burning of the Brass Tower. Of the three Legendary beasts, Raikou is said to represent the lightning strike which ignited the fire that consumed the Brass Tower.
Entei is a Fire-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Raikou and Suicune, it is one of the Legendary beasts said to be resurrected by Ho-Oh after the burning of the Brass Tower. Out of the three beasts, Entei is said to represent the flames that burned the Brass Tower.
Meanwhile, from April 22 to 29, Trainers in the U.S. can visit a participating Target retail location nationwide to receive the Legendary Pokémon Raikou or Entei. Fans in Canada can receive Entei and Raikou via the April edition of the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter. Entei is exclusive to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Sun players, while Raikou is available to unlock in Pokémon Ultra Moon and Pokémon Moon.
